Canceling An Item From My Order On

Can I cancel an item(s) from my order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order number confirmation, we are unable to cancel individual item(s) from your order. If the warehouse has not yet begun processing, the entire order may be canceled. For assistance, please contact our Consumer Relations team at 800-809-7166 within 12-24 hours and request a cancellation. Please have your order number ready when calling.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PT (Pacific Time) excluding holidays. 

Please remember, most orders are fulfilled from our distribution center within 12-24 hours of order placement.
