What if I receive a damaged item?

We are sorry you have received a damaged item from Please follow one of the two options below:

  1. Please SUBMIT A QUESTION to us and we will research your order issue to determine if we would like you to ship the damaged item back. Please provide your order number and the item number of the damaged product when submitting your email to us.
  2. Please call our Consumer Relations Department at (800) 809-7166 for assistance. Have your order number and the item number of the damaged product handy when contacting us.
