What if I receive a damaged item?

We are truly sorry you received a damaged item from Farberwarecookware.com, and we'll do everything we can to make it right. To get the process started, follow one of the two options below:

1. Please SUBMIT A QUESTION to us including as much information about your order as possible, including your order number and the item number of the damaged product. We'll determine if we would like you to ship the damaged product back to us and will gather the information needed to send you a replacement.

2. Please call our Customer Relations Department at (800) 809-7166 Have your order number and the damaged item number handy when contacting us, and our friendly representatives will help get you a replacement product. Please note we're available by telephone Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), excluding holidays.
