Use a screwdriver that is compatible with the product and try tightening the screw without over tightening to avoid stripping the screw. This will usually fix a loose handle.
If you have already tried this and the handle still is loose, you may submit a warranty request and photographs of the product with the easy to use Farberwarecookware.com/ warranty link . If your product is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same item or one of equal or similar value.
Farberware is manufactured and inspected to ensure high quality standards. They are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the cookware.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, damage from overheating, or damage from use of an automatic dishwasher. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this guarantee.
